David's Twenty Day Challenge Tacos

So my coworker David Lee challenged himself as part of the UFCU 20.09 campaign to see if he could survive for twenty days on twenty dollars. However, I am not here to tell you about his challenge. You can read more about his challenge at http://twentydays.wordpress.com. I am here to tell you about the tacos he made as part of his $20.00 survival.

David was kind enough to share his limited food and invite me to try his resourceful tacos.

He cautioned me that these might be some weird tacos but as I filmed and watched him cook, I began to see a familiar ingredients appear.
What are these familiar ingredient you ask? egg, potato, *sausage, beans(with flour to stretch it) onions, jalapeno, lettuce, spinach and tortillas with a splash of hot sauce.

Long story short these were great tacos. Watch the video and see how they are made. I do have to say that one of my favorite parts of the experience was how David used chopsticks to flip in tortillas.

See for your self
