I went to Houston for Memorial day weekend. My uncle was having a BBQ and some one was making Pupusas. I knew by the name alone that it would be a perfect time to be shown a taco, pupusa style.

I LOVE papusas! It's a Central American thing - Guatemalan or Honduran? Up here in Maryland their a more reliable find that tacos or any form or recognizable "tex-mex"! Bean and cheese! Bean and cheese!
